Please be advised, under direction of the BC Provincial Health Office, all events in the near future have either been postponed or cancelled. Please see our What’s On section for information regarding affected events. In many cases, a rescheduled date will not be able to be announced until after the restriction on events has been lifted. We ask for your patience, as this information is constantly changing and affects a number of events.
Patrons who have already purchased tickets to affected events, will be contacted by our box office to have their tickets transferred to the newly scheduled date. Or in the case of a cancelled event, to be provided with a refund.
Refunds for rescheduled events will only be issued once the new date has been announced. The performing arts and live event industry has been hugely impacted by the current situation. We ask on behalf of all of the promoters, performers and event staff working on these events, to please only ask for a refund, if you had pre-existing plans and are not able to attend the rescheduled date. Your continued support is more important now than ever before.
We hope that you are all staying safe, healthy and in good spirits during this challenging time. The health and safety of our public and staff members are our priority and we thank you for your patience as we respond to the direction from our health authorities.
